James Schweppe is an InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspector with a deep foundation in construction, building systems, and client care. Originally from Las Vegas, he spent more than a decade working with residential, commercial, and multifamily developers before relocating to Hawaiʻi, where he has now lived and served the community for over ten years.

With additional hands-on experience in HVAC field, a background in Constructional and Electrical Engineering studies at UNLV, and several years as a licensed Hawaiʻi Realtor, James brings a rare combination of technical insight and real-estate understanding to every inspection.  A proud Eagle Scout and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, James brings discipline, integrity, and focus to his work — qualities his clients trust and value.
